These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zen Fresh website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Services
Zen Fresh provides residential, commercial, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialty cleaning services. Our services are available in Nevada, Southern California, and Michigan.
Booking and Payment
- Booking: Services can be booked through our website or by contacFng us at 725-001-0002.
- Payment: Payment for services is required at the Fme of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
- Cancellation Policy: CancellaFons must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service Fme to avoid a cancellaFon fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
Service Guarantee
We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not saFsfied with our
service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns and reclean the affected areas if necessary.
Client Responsibilities
- Access: Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled service Fme.
- Safety: Clients must ensure a safe working environment for our staff, including the removal of hazardous materials and securing pets.
Limitation of Liability
Zen Fresh is not liable for:
- Any damages caused by the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
- Loss or damage to personal property unless caused by our staff’s negligence. Please secure valuable items before our arrival.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we
collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Changes to Terms
Zen Fresh reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be
effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services
constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Nevada. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved in the state
or federal courts located in Nevada.
